These terms apply to your use of this website and to development work carried out by MLMHUB. Engaging us for a project means you accept them, alongside the specific scope document signed for that project.

Use of this website

You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

Quotations and scope

• Every project begins with a written scope document listing modules, deliverables, timeline and cost.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out. It is not billed silently.

Payment

• Projects are billed against milestones set out in the scope document.
• An advance is payable before development begins.
• Final deployment and source code handover follow settlement of the final milestone.
• Taxes are charged as applicable under Indian law.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing the compensation plan document, content, branding, approvals and any third-party account credentials the project requires, in reasonable time. Delays in these shift the timeline accordingly.

Intellectual property

On full custom builds, ownership of the application source code passes to you on settlement of the final invoice. Our pre-existing libraries, frameworks and internal tools remain ours and are licensed to you for use within the delivered application. Third-party components remain under their own licences.

Support and warranty

Each project includes a post-launch support window stated in the scope document, covering defects in the delivered work. It does not cover new features, changes to your compensation plan, third-party service failures, or issues caused by modifications made by others.

Your business and the law

We supply software. How you operate your network marketing business, what you promise your members, and whether your plan complies with the law in the places you operate is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for obtaining your own legal and tax advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid to us for that project. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or losses arising from how your network is operated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
