Binary, matrix, unilevel, board, investment and crypto plans — plus hybrids that exist only in your plan document.
Binary MLM Plan
A binary MLM plan is a compensation plan in which every member has exactly two positions directly below them, a left leg and a right leg, and is paid on the business volume matched between the two. The weaker leg sets the payout, and unmatched volume on the stronger leg is carried forward to the next cycle.
A matrix MLM plan, also called a forced matrix, limits how many members each person can have on their first level (the width) and how many levels deep commission is paid (the depth). It is written as width × depth, so a 3×3 matrix has three positions on the first level and pays three levels down. Once a level is full, new joiners spill over into the next open position.
A unilevel MLM plan lets each member sponsor any number of people directly on their first level, and pays commission as a percentage of the sales volume on each level down to a fixed depth. It is the simplest structure to explain and to audit, because every commission traces to one sponsor line and one percentage.
A board plan, also called a revolving matrix or cycle plan, places members on a small fixed board. When every position is filled, the member at the top cycles out with a payout and the board splits into two new boards, each led by a member from the level below.
An investment or ROI plan credits members scheduled returns, daily, weekly or monthly, on a package they have bought, over a fixed term. Referral and level income is usually paid on the packages bought by people a member introduces, with a cap on the total any one package can return.
A crypto MLM plan is any MLM compensation structure, such as binary, matrix, unilevel or board, in which commissions are paid in cryptocurrency instead of, or alongside, rupees or dollars. Payouts are made in the company's own token or a stablecoin such as USDT, and the payout logic can be written into a smart contract that every member can read.
Good. The plans above are the common shapes, not the limit. Most of our work is hybrid — a binary base with matrix bonuses, rank rewards on top, a repurchase cycle underneath, and three rules nobody else has ever implemented.
Send the plan document. If it can be written down unambiguously, it can be built.

Send us your compensation plan document and we'll come back with a written scope, a module breakdown, a timeline and a fixed cost — not a number over the phone.
