How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us.

This policy explains what information MLMHUB collects when you use this website or engage us for development work, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your project, submitted through our enquiry form or shared over email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Project material. Compensation plan documents, specifications and any data you send us so we can scope or build your platform.
- Technical information. IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically when you browse this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a scope and quotation.
- To deliver, support and maintain work you have engaged us for.
- To send project updates and, where you have agreed, occasional information about our services.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your project material
Compensation plan documents and specifications you send us are treated as confidential. We do not share them with third parties, and we do not reuse a client plan as a template for another client. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send anything sensitive.
The website assistant
This website has a chat assistant. What you type into it is sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate a reply, and is processed on Google’s systems outside India. We use Google’s free tier, under which Google states that submitted content may be used to improve their products — so please do not type anything into the chat that you would not want processed that way. Send anything confidential through the contact form or over the phone instead.
The name, phone number and email address you enter in the assistant’s contact form are not sent to Google. They are handled entirely on our own server and stored with your enquiry, along with a copy of the conversation so our team can see what you asked about.
Replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. Nothing the assistant says is a quotation, a commitment or professional advice.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, payment processing and, for the chat assistant described above, Google — and only to the extent they need it. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project records are retained for the duration of the engagement and as long as our legal and tax obligations require.
Security
We use HTTPS across this website, restrict access to enquiry records to the people who need it, and keep our systems patched. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
This website uses a session cookie required for form security. If we add analytics, this policy will be updated to say so before it goes live.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@mlmhub.in and we will respond.
